General Refund Policy for All Orders:

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Any initial deposits made to secure your booking are
  generally non-refundable. This covers the costs associated with planning, ingredient sourcing, and reserving your event date.
• Dissatisfaction with Service/Food: If you are not satisfied with our service or food, please notify us immediately. We will investigate your concerns and, if deemed appropriate, offer a partial refund or credit for future services.

Specific Refund Policy for Online Orders:

• 3-Hour Refund Window: For all online orders, a full refund can be issued if the cancellation request is received 3 hours before collection time. This allows us to halt preparation and ingredient procurement for your order.
• Cancellations After 3 Hours (Online Orders): If an online order is cancelled after the 3-hour window, no refund will be issued. By this time, ingredients have likely been purchased and food preparation may have begun.

How to Request a Refund:

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
